1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most bikes arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping. Accessories may arrive sooner. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

 

2. Do the bikes come assembled?

Bikes arrive about 85% assembled in the box. Final setup (attaching handlebars, pedals, front wheel, etc.) is required. Tools are included, and we provide setup guidance.

3. What’s the warranty?

All new bikes are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage length and what’s included vary by brand. If you have an issue, contact Logan Bikes first and we’ll help with the claim. See our Warranty page for details.

 

4. Can I return a bike if I change my mind?

Yes, but only if the bike is unused, unassembled, and still in its original packaging. Bikes that have been assembled, ridden, or show signs of wear cannot be returned unless defective. Accessories can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page.

 

5. Can I carry kids or pets on these bikes?

Yes — many models support cargo racks, child seats, or trailers. Pets should only ride in purpose-built carriers or cargo boxes designed for their safety. Always follow manufacturer guidelines for maximum load and use appropriate restraints.

 

6. How far can I ride on a single charge?

Range depends on terrain, rider weight, cargo, and assist level. Most riders see 25–60 miles per charge. Batteries are removable for easy charging.

 

7. Do I need a license or insurance to ride?

In Pennsylvania (and most U.S. states), Class 1–3 e-bikes do not require a license or insurance. Regulations vary, so check local laws if riding outside PA.

 

8. How much weight can the bikes carry?

Weight limits vary by model, typically 250–400 lbs including rider and cargo. Check each bike’s specifications for exact limits.

 

9. Do you offer financing?

Not at this time. We focus on straightforward, competitive pricing.
