At Logan Bikes, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. We’re a family-run business and we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. Below you’ll find our simple shipping and returns policy.
📦 Shipping
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery times: Most bikes ship within 5–7 business days. Accessories usually arrive sooner.
- Shipping cost: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Some promotions may include free shipping.
- Delivery area: At this time, we ship within the continental United States.
🔄 Returns
We understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit. Our returns policy is designed to be fair for you and sustainable for us.
Bikes
- Bikes may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging.
- Bikes that have been assembled, ridden, or show signs of wear cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Accessories
- Accessories (helmets, racks, bags, etc.) may be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
Return Shipping
- If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we’ll cover return shipping.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All new bikes sold by Logan Bikes are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

We’ll help you file claims and act as your point of contact with the manufacturer.
📧 How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@loganbikes.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm whether your item qualifies and provide instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund or store credit.
