Warranty

We stand behind what we sell. Every new product purchased from Logan Bikes is covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. We’re your first point of contact and will help you start a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

What this means

  • Who’s covered: The original retail purchaser with proof of purchase from Logan Bikes.
  • What’s covered: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, as defined by each manufacturer.
  • What varies: Coverage period and included components differ by brand and model. See your bike’s product page or the manufacturer’s booklet/website for exact terms.

What’s typically not covered (common across brands)

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, cables, cosmetic scratches).
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper assembly/maintenance, or modifications.
  • Water damage beyond a product’s stated IP rating; corrosion from exposure/storage conditions.
  • Commercial use if the product or brand excludes it.
  • Batteries degraded by age, cycles, storage in extreme temperatures, or improper charging.
  • Any product with altered or removed serial numbers.

How to start a warranty claim (through Logan Bikes)

  1. Email [your support email] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video.
  2. We’ll verify eligibility and may request additional information or diagnostics.
  3. We coordinate with the manufacturer on repair, replacement, or parts, per their policy.
  4. If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions. Any costs, including shipping, are determined by the manufacturer’s policy and will be confirmed with you before moving forward.
